Follow up and implement the policies and procedures related to human resources and supervise their implementation with the required speed and accuracy. In addition to meeting the needs of employees with regard to human resource matters in the organization.

Assist the director of the orphan department and follow up on all tasks assigned to all related departments.

Work on the implementation of the Foundation’s programs and projects to meet the needs of the local community, especially the families of orphans, the needy, and the poor, and revive the spirit of social solidarity among members of the community, in addition to planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the management of all logistics services, transportation systems, movement and maintenance, and supplying the direct daily operations of the Foundation.

An accountant is needed for AlReaaya association.

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing and administering staff salaries, benefits and overseeing the Operations of the Human Resources Department.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
