ALPHA is a Lebanese NGO that upholds a social responsibility to serve and support vulnerable and disadvantaged communities through an array of interventions in the sectors of education,
health, protection, capacity building, and WASH. The NGO’s mission is to provide humanitarian aid in urgency as well as implement long term sustainable projects and strategies that develop individuals and their communities.

UNICEF and ALPHA partners work together to ensure that children with disabilities are included in formal and non-formal education (3% target). The following support will be provided to support their inclusion
a. capacity building/trainings and coaching
b. provision of technical advisor/ inclusion officer/special educator and Inclusion focal points
c. provision of specialized services like speech therapy, psychomotor therapy, mobility coaching, etc.
d. special needs supplies/assistive devices

ALPHA ASSOCIATION IS NOW HIRING A VIDEOGRAPHER / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER FOR ITS EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS IN TIBNIN SOUTHRRN LEBANON.
We are looking for a skilled and creative individual who can provide our association with consistent, high quality video, and photography to promote initiatives related to inclusive educational projects implemented in Tibnin and surroundings.
Priority is given to southern Lebanon inhabitants which are able to provide their own transportation and video production material.

ALPHA was founded with the initial mission to improve adult literacy. The war of 2006 in Lebanon consolidated ALPHA in the role of project implementer for INGO programs. Strengthened by its long experience in the humanitarian field, the association envisions itself today as a Lebanese association responsible to realize the integration of the most vulnerable. Its mission is to provide humanitarian aid during crisis and wars but also to implement long term sustainable projects in the fields of education, psycho-social support, youth and child protection, health and WASH.

Under the responsibility of the Program Coordinator, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer will be responsible for developing the logical framework of the MMU project and oversee the quality of its implementation throughout the project cycle. Other significant duties for this position will include reinforcing alpha’s strategic MEAL capacities beyond the MMU project itself and actively support the development of project reports.

The MMU project being a cross border project, the MEAL Officer position will be based in Beirut.
