Our action is fully in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through its network of 85 agencies, AFD operates in 109 countries, where it is currently financing, supervising and supporting over 3,500 development projects.

AFD is seeking a communication agency within the framework of a Technical Assistance Programme to support reforms in the Water and Wastewater sector in Lebanon funded by the European Union, to implement the communication and visibility plan, set with and validated by the EU, by developing contextualized communication materials and public awareness quick-impact communication campaigns mobilizing mass media, social media and interpersonal communication.
The execution languages are Arabic and English. Proposals are in English or French. Contractual documents are in French

Elaboration of a feasibility study to prepare a call for proposals to select a “neighborhood approach” urban project in Lebanon

دعوة

AFD seeks to finance a "neighborhood approach" project, with a strong social and gender equality dimension, targeting refugee and host communities in vulnerable urban neighborhoods The objective is to respond to needs expressed by communities, strengthen social cohesion, enhance trust between local authorities and the communities. The current assignment is a feasibility study to prepare a call for proposals that aims to select “neighborhood approach project in Lebanon”. The study will aim at defining the exact scope of the project.

Expert sectoriel / Gestionnaire de programme

L'Agence Française de Développement met un oeuvre, sur financement Européen, un programme d'assistance technique en appui aux réformes structurelles du secteur de l'eau et de l'assainissement au Liban. Ce programme, appelé Water Reform Programme, est exécuté depuis 2020 en étroite collaboration avec le Ministère de l'Energie et de l'eau, ainsi que les 4 établissements régionaux des eaux opérateurs du service. Ainsi, l'AFD cherche un expert sectoriel expérimenté ou un gestionnaire de programme expérimenté pour assurer le suivi de toutes les activités et faciliter la dialogue institutionnel.

Expert(e) sectoriel en Education dans le cadre du Transition and Resilience Education Fund (TREF)

وظيفة

L’objectif de la prestation est de (i) contribuer au dialogue stratégique et technique du Transition and Resilience Education Fund (TREF) avec le Ministère de l'éducation et de l'enseignement supérieur (MEES), l’UNICEF et les autres bailleurs pour le compte de l’AFD et (ii) d’assurer le suivi technique des activités mises en œuvre par l’UNICEF et financées par l’AFD.
